Ginny (Virginia) Siano-Eck:  

Ginny (Virginia) is from Oak Lawn, Illinois. Her schools include Central Elementary, Gaddis Elementary and Oak Lawn Community H.S. She holds a B.A. in Theatre/Dance and Secondary Education from Barat College in Lake Forest IL. She taught dance for 15 years for District 113 at Deerfield H.S. and Highland Park H.S. While teaching Ginny had a professional dance career performing with the Tony Wilson Dance Company and the Chicago Ballet Ensemble. She founded Lake Shore Dancers in 1987 and remained artistic director until 1996 when she married John Eck and moved to South Carolina. Ginny is owner and artistic director of Foothills Dance Conservatory in Seneca SC and executive director of Foothills Conservatory for the Performing Arts (501 ( c ) 3. For the past 13 years FCPA has produced the Nutcracker performed at Clemson University. When not in rehearsal or teaching Ginny can find something to do on their 15 acre farm which houses 3 goats, 1 horse, 2 chickens, 2 dogs...Expand for more
